The aim of every company and individual is to succeed.  However, success means different things to us: 15 % in the bottom line for one, fabulous bonuses to another, the third does not measure success in material way.  

Success requires taking the responsibility, for oneself. We need to know our spiritual self, in order to be able lead ourselves. After that we can lead others. And to succeed.

The aim of Casa d'Angélique is to support customers to find their internal strength and opportunities for balanced life that looks 'own' for them. To support in finding their own leadership, courage to make decisions that are right for themselves. And importantly, to support in implementing those decisions in their life or in their company.

The company's goal is to provide customers with experiences that touch body, mind, soul and heart:

• Support the customer to strengthen the strategy of ones own life: to clarify the direction, to support in finding answers to such questions as "who am I and what I've come here to do ', open up to ones own potential and to find own strength and power
• Support the company to clarify its’ vision and strategy: to clarify the business model and services, and to align them with one's own life strategy and values

Journeys to world's energy centers

• Lead travelers and adventurers to the world's energy centers and power places: they are often remarkable journeys to ourselves and to our consciousness 

Brazilian Chrystal Light Treatment

• Help the customer to to balance the energy system (chakras) through and to feel better: support to see oneself as a physical-spiritual entity and to understand the reasons behing a physical disease

Marjaana tells about herself 

'Everything is possible' tells about my way of thinking and acting, and about my trust in our own leadership capabilities and opportunities.  We have the keys in our hands. We create our life through our thoughts and actions. Every moment everything is possible.

I have been lucky to work in three different areas: in public services, in business and now in coaching and spiritual growth.

I have also been very lucky to meet great people and teachers in my life in Finland and abroad, both in the academic world, business and spiritual area – without forgetting my children, husband and customers.

I have always known what to do. However, I have received answers later to the reasons why to do something. My intuition has lead me to right places right time, and therefore, seemingly I have been guided throughout my life and miracles have happened. I have received a lot of inspiration from my spiritual guides .

Thoughts of Dalai-lama are close to my heart. My way of looking world is not based on any religion, rather than I have been searching for a deeper understanding of life and existence as well as universal principles. Rosicrucian Order (http://www.amorc.org) has strengthened my inner knowledge that better life and world starts within us, and that the quality of life improves after personal growth and experiences.

I have felt internal need to clarify such questions as who I am and why I'm here, how I can develop emotionally, mentally and spiritually, what is my heart’s desire and my mission indivially and in the world, who are my guides, am I ready to change, what does the change require from me, how do I start to implement it..

This journey continues and new questions are being answered. The pieces of puzzle are finding their place. The overall picture is more clear .. My puzzle of life has had three major learning periods: first, employed by a public sector organization, working in a global environment in Finland, Bulgaria, Sweden and Luxembourg, second, employed by an international IT, consulting and outsourcing company in various leadership and management, business development and consultant positions, and the third, the current one, in my own business as a coach.  

In November 2010 I published my first book 'The Way to the Beauty', together with an artist Nina Nahkala (www.ninanahkala.com). I have a column in the magazine Sielunpeili  (www.sielunpeili-lehti.fi) called 'In a Journey with Marjaana'.

My red thread has always been international working environment, people and Human Resources (HR). My dissertation topic at Henley Business School (http://www.henley.reading.ac.uk/) was related to the linkage between good people management and good business management practices and strategies and its importance to the success of business’ bottom line (ie. Sustaining Great Corporate Performance : Analysis of the Alignment of People and Business Strategies of the IT Services Companies in the Nordics). The company's success is not sustainable, unless it focuses on good leadership and HR practices and to people of the company – truly, not on paper. I have also 'Henley Certificate in Coaching' from June, 2010. I am a member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and ICF Coach (http://www.icffinland.fi) as well as Henry Coach (http://www.henryorg.fi).

Casa d'Angélique exists that spirituality - an ethical and positive attitude to life and to higher reality behind the physical / visible world – in different ways, through people, would lighten up our life and that it would strengthen in business, in its’ policies, ethics as well as in leadership models. Let us start from ourselves!
